Forklift Bearing

لیفتراک ها معمولا از انواع مختلفی از یاتاقان ها برای پشتیبانی و انتقال اجزای مختلف خود از جمله بازوهای چنگال، چرخ ها، سیستم های انتقال و غیره استفاده می کنند.

بلبرینگ: بلبرینگ یکی از رایج ترین انواع بلبرینگ است که در لیفتراک ها یافت می شود. آنها اغلب برای پشتیبانی از چرخ‌ها، استخوان‌های جناغی و سایر اجزاء مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند و پشتیبانی غلتشی را فراهم می‌کنند و اصطکاک را کاهش می‌دهند.

Roller bearings: Roller bearings can be divided into two types: cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings. They are typically used to support fork arms and other heavily loaded components and can withstand large radial and axial loads.

Sliding bearings: Sliding bearings are usually lubricated with grease or oil to reduce friction and play an important role in a forklift's transmission system. They are often used to support drive shafts and other components that require continuous rotation.

Spherical bearings: Spherical bearings are often used to support the steering system of forklifts, providing rotation and tilting movements so that the forklift can operate in tight spaces.

Sliding ball bearings: Sliding ball bearings combine the advantages of rolling bearings and sliding bearings and are often used to support the steering system of forklifts and other components that require high-precision movement.
